2026 Tri Millennium
Join us on July 25, 2026, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Tri Millennium offers sprint and olympic distances with triathlon, duathlon, aquabike and relay events at Millennium Park, on the west side of Grand Rapids.
A portion to the proceeds to benefit Bridge Street Ministries to help support under-resourced kids in West Michigan.
Their mission is to equip and empower youth, through holistic development, to be the future leaders of restoration and hope in their communities.

Below you will find the schedule of events for Friday and Saturday, including packet pickup, the youth triathlon, and the main race on Saturday.
Friday, July 24
Packet Pickup: Tri Millennium
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Striders in Grandville (4045 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418)
Packet Pickup: Youth Triathlon
- 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM at the Millennium Park Recreation area, near the entrance of the transition area.
Race Schedule: Youth Triathlon
- 5:00 PM – Registration/Transition opens
- 5:45 PM – Registration/Transition closes Mandatory Pre-race meeting
- 5:45 PM – Mandatory Pre-race meeting
- 6:00 PM – All kid athletes 6-10
- 6:30 PM (ish) – All kid athletes 11-14
Saturday, July 25
Packet Pickup (morning of)
- 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM at Millennium Park, near the transition entrance

Who is Tris4Health?
Tris4Health is the largest endurance event company in Michigan, starting in 2011 with the Grand Rapids Triathlon and expanding with Michigan Titanium in 2012. Currently, Tris4Health owns and operates over 21 triathlon, cycling, running, and youth events across Michigan and Indiana.
What is included with my registration?
Every athlete will receive a custom race tri-blend t-shirt at packet pickup and a finisher medal at the completion of their race.

Event Communication
In the event of an emergency or the need of Tris4Health to communicate important information on event-day, please stay tuned to Tris4Health’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, your email, and venue PA announcements.
Post Race Food
Upon finishing athletes can expect to receive the following at the post-race food tent: bananas, oranges, cookies, bagels, chips, and more. We will also have a variety of Pepsi products and Gatorade. Water will be distributed at the finish line.
Volunteers
Volunteers are critical to a safe a successful event! If you, a friend, a family member, or your organization can spare time to volunteer at one or multiple shifts, your time is greatly appreciated. There are flexible shifts available with numerous opportunities to participate, including supporting course aid stations, registration, finish line and more. All volunteers will be provided with a meal and shirt for their time.
Tris4Health events could not be executed without the support of our volunteers, so thank you in advance for the part you will play in helping our athletes chase their goals/dreams and achieve competitive excellence.
