Experience this multi-day event that brings together age group athletes to compete in USA Triathlon National Championship races, such as duathlon, aquathlon, aquabike, mixed relays, and time trial.
The entire four days of events will be located at Arvesta Sports Complex, at Lake Arvesta Farms, in picturesque South Haven, Michigan. Â The water temp in mid-May was 68 degrees in 2025.
The festival also includes a celebration of the sport with community events, vendor expos, and opportunities for athletes to connect and represent Age Group Team USA at international championships.

All races take place independently of one another, except the slide-tri and aquathlon.

All times should be considered preliminary. Â Days and start time should be relatively firm. Additionally, we have included the average, maximum, and minimum air temperature from the last five years for each event start time. Â Information for things like the Team USA Lounge, USAT Foundation VIP Tent, etc. will be added to the schedule at a later date.
Contrary to what you might read on the internet, there is no snow and the lakes are not frozen. The month of May is PR weather in South Haven!

Registration Info
Please read all of the below information before registering. No qualification is required to participate in this event. All are welcome!
Transfers to a higher-priced race at the same event are acceptable, but will require paying the price difference. Transfers to lower-priced races at the same event are acceptable, but you will not receive a refund. Email info@tris4health.com to request the transfer.
Tris4Health reserves the right to modify race maximum numbers.
No qualification is necessary for races at the Multisport National Championships Festival Presented by Tris4Health! All people and skill levels are welcome to participate.
Tris4Health is the largest endurance event company in Michigan, starting in 2011 with the Grand Rapids Triathlon and expanding with Michigan Titanium in 2012. Currently, Tris4Health owns and operates over 21 triathlon, cycling, running, and youth events across Michigan and Indiana.

Every athlete will receive a custom 2026 Multisport National Championship tri-blend t-shirt and a pair of custom-designed socks with their first registration. Â Athletes who race in more than 1 event are eligible to receive additional swag items and discounts (see below in the FAQ).
All athletes will receive a finisher medal for each completed event.

Of course! Â If you’ve raced with us before, you know that we take our SWAG seriously, so anyone who races with us a minimum of 3 times over the course of the event will receive some awesome additional SWAG. The Open Category is available for transgender women and any other athlete who wishes to race in this category for non-draft-legal events. Results for Open Category athletes may be recorded in the Open Category and will not be ranked within any other category. No rankings are available for this category. This category does not entitle athletes to qualify for any national or international competition. Â This is a participatory category, and awards will not be handed out.
In draft-legal, trans women and nonbinary people who were born male must race with men.

USA Triathlon takes clean sport and anti-doping very seriously. In accordance with U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) regulations, athletes may be drug tested at this event. Should drug testing occur, there are strict protocols that must be followed and will be coordinated by the on-site USADA representative as well as a USA Triathlon staff member. Upon finishing athletes can expect to receive the following at the post-race food tent: bananas, oranges, cookies, bagels, peanut butter cups and chips. Gatorade will also be distributed at the finish line.
USA Triathlon Sportsmanship Creed
As a competitor at a USA Triathlon-sanctioned championship event, you have a responsibility to demonstrate the highest standards of sportsmanship per the USA Triathlon Multisport Competition Rules (2.1 General Conduct a., c. d., f., and g. and 2.2 Race Conduct b.) Unsportsmanlike Conduct) and as such, should always show respect for the sport, your fellow athletes, race staff, officials, volunteers, and spectators. Each individual athlete shares this responsibility, which includes refraining from the use of improper language and conduct detrimental to the community at large. This rule will be strictly enforced, and disrespectful language or conduct will not be tolerated.

Volunteers are critical to a safe a successful event! If you, a friend, a family member, or your organization can spare time to volunteer at one or multiple shifts, your time is greatly appreciated. There are flexible shifts available with numerous opportunities to participate, including supporting course aid stations, registration, finish line and more. All volunteers will be provided with a meal and shirt for their time.
