Refund Policy

Since many of our costs are incurred prior to race day and are non-refundable, we do not issue refunds for races for any reason.​ In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule the race prior to race day, you will be given options that may include:

1. Deferring to next year’s race
2. Switching to another T4H Race
3. Racing virtually (if applicable)

If you are not OK with any of these options, please do not register for our events.

Withdraw

Withdrawal requests should be received no later than 30 days prior to the event(s) you are contacting us about. Communications should be sent via email to info@tris4health.com.

All athletes:
If for any reason, you need to withdraw from a race you have already registered, you can request in writing a 100% discount off an equal distance or shorter race by Tris4Health in the remainder of the current calendar year or the following year. In order to be eligible for the Deferral Discount, these requests must be received before the race begins in writing to info@tris4health.com.

Waivers

Agreeing to the waivers and payment of your entry fee constitutes your acceptance of all Tris4Health and/or associated governing bodies policies.

Event Modifications / Cancellations

The event directors and/or governing body officials reserve the right to reschedule, modify or cancel any or all portions of an event if weather conditions, water quality or anything else that compromises athlete safety or makes the originally planned event impossible. There will be no refunds for rescheduled, modified or canceled events.

Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another athlete. If you would like to arrange this, you can log into your Run Sign-up account and begin the transfer process to an athlete of your choice or please email info@tris4health.com if you need assistance.

Triathlons sanctioned by USA Triathlion:
Packet pick-up will require photo proof of identity. Participants who swap or sell their race number without completing the transfer properly will not be allowed to race in another Tris4Health event for a period of 2 years and will be subject to disciplinary action by USAT.

Changing Events:

Tris4Health will allow you to change events up until Packet Pick-up.  There are will be no refunds give if transferring to a shorter distance race.  If you transfer to a longer distance or relay, you will be required to pay the difference between what you paid for your registration and the current price of the event you are transferring.  Please email info@tris4health.com if you wish to change events. All requests for distance changes, must be received and acknowledged prior to the event date(s).

Bottom Line:

We are not unreasonable. We understand sometimes things happen out of your control. Reach out to us if this is your case and we will see what we can work out for you!
