You can run/walk a 5K!
The hardest part is deciding to take on the challenge. Start with a walk around your neighborhood, a jog with friends, whatever it takes. Work you way up to running a 5K (3.1 miles) and add to these amazing totals.

What is this Virtual Challenge all about?
Simply sign-up, join our Facebook Group and get started. Our challenges are designed to be done at your own pace and effort level. Some participants work up to completing the challenge over a number of weeks, others complete them all at once.
Once you complete the virtual challenge, email us or post in the Facebook Group that you completed it and we will mail out your finisher’s medal and t-shirt!
The International Women’s Day 5K was March 8, but due to popular demand we will be keeping this virtual challenge open ALL YEAR.
You can literally do this anywhere you can run – outside, on the treadmill, the park – anywhere!
The finisher’s medal and high-quality t-shirt plus shipping and handling. There are ZERO hidden fees!
Please Contact Us if you have a group of at least 10 athletes planning to complete this challenge. Let us know the name of your group and how many people you expect to participate, and we will get you a custom promo code to be used by your athletes.
This is a great opportunity for any group or team to turn a regular group training day into a special event. We have some groups who do this monthly, with each month featuring a different challenge. If you’d like to have your shirts and medals available at the “finish line” of your training day, please let us know and we can send them out in bulk to a team member.
At the end of the day our mission is to get people moving and living an active and healthy lifestyle. With that in mind, we focus on delivering higher quality items when compared to many of our competitors.
Medals – Our medals are all made in the United States out of recycled steel. They are more environmentally friendly than medals made and shipped from China and help to provide jobs at a US-based family business.
Shirts – We forego the less expensive plain 100% cotton shirts in favor of a tri-blend (50/25/25, poly/cotton/rayon). This allows the shirt to have the best traits of all three fabrics. It will have the comfort of cotton, shape retention of the polyester and the addition of rayon allows the fabric to drape against the body for a slimming look. The shirts will be much softer than a 100% cotton shirt and will hold up to repeated washings.
Yes! We are dedicated to donating a portion of the proceeds from this challenge to The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
They are the largest voluntary movement dedicated to girls and young women in the world.
For more than 100 years Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting has transformed the lives of girls and young women worldwide, supporting and empowering them to achieve their fullest potential and become responsible citizens of the world.
